Angie lives in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and drove over 10 hours to come and work with me. She was a referral from my client Leslie. Angie and I talked over the course of a couple of months to ensure that her shoot was 100% perfect. The shoot was so good, that I tried to convince her to pack up and move to Colorado to be around more fitness minded people (Colorado is awesome for that!). Below is the interview that I did with Angie. I truly hope that you read what she has to say, and I pray that it inspires others out there to do more, and be more!

“Everybody wants to be famous, but nobody wants to do the work. I live by that. You grind hard so you can play hard. At the end of the day, you put all the work in, and eventually it'll pay off. It could be in a year, it could be in 30 years. Eventually, your hard work will pay off.” - Kevin HartRead More
Who inspires you? Why? People who are unapologetically themselves. People who don’t care what others think of them, who say what they feel, stand up for what they believe and kick ass along the way. Those are my kind of people!
Who is your fitness and body role model? Why? I have so many! I follow a lot of very inspiring and bad ass women on Instagram. They make me want to try harder and be better. I’ve also am a huge fan of our local Norma Jean Watkins. She’s a mini bad ass and I love her. Hey girl, heeeey!!!!
